As VP of POD Operations for Principal, Brian Redders, Julia plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the team. She proactively manages Brian's calendar, internal and external meetings, and keeps day-to-day operations running seamlessly. Julia is also instrumental in driving key initiatives that support the team's growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys quality time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Declan and Gianna. She loves hiking, Peloton rides, baking, bonfires, and binge watching "The Office" with her husband. Julia also treasures spending time with her large, close-knit family.
