We have a unique process that is centered around YOU. Not just you once in awhile, but centered around you for life. Because we start with being committed to you, we strive to stay ahead of market trends, of industry standards, of things that could impact your financial situation. We consistently deepen our knowledge and seek more effective ways for enriching our process. We start at the center of the circle; we start with you. Every touch point is about you as a client and with that commitment, it is our hope that we can be lifetime trusted partners.

On an annual basis, we will evaluate the need for ongoing planning services. Clients that choose to renew our services will meet with us 2 to 3 times a year to reevaluate their plan and discuss opportunities for refinement that may arise due to changes in their life, their current situation, the economy and tax laws. As your partner, we are happy to help you at any time.

Balance Sheet Excellence

Your balance sheet is how we track and give you confidence that you are on the right path financially to achieving your dreams. We literally measure your balance sheet excellence. Our proprietary model allows us to ensure all elements of your portfolio are updated, tracked, and managed correctly. Our system provides us a signal of where your balance sheet excellence stands at any point in time so that as a team we can manage it effectively.

We believe you should never be more than a click away from up-to-date balance sheets and financial insights. As a client you will have a personal and secure website where you can access net worth statements that are updated daily, as well as an online vault where important documents such as contracts, leases, titles and beneficiary designations are safely housed.

We are careful to only commit to clients who we believe we can best serve. We do not over- commit, it is not about quantity of clients for us.

The purpose of the initial consultation is simply to determine if we are a good fit for each other. We want to get to know you and understand what is meaningful in your life. Likewise, we want to share our integrated process with you, introduce you more fully to our organization and answer your initial questions. We strive to be a partner to our clients and so with this initial meeting we hope to provide you the insight and information you need to determine if we might be that right partner for you.

Therefore, our second meeting is dedicated to providing you our detailed proposal that highlights specific costs and explains why we believe we are the right partner for you. At the end of this meeting, you will have the choice to engage Genex Consulting as your wealth planning partner.

Success is in the details and discovery is the time for us to truly understand all the details of the financial path you are on.

Prior to our discovery meeting, we will collect, organize and analyze all of your important financial and legal documents. A Document Checklist is created so you know what is needed to perform true holistic planning. Collecting information prior to our meeting gives us the opportunity to prepare questions to clarify anything that is unclear in the documents.

At the visualization meeting, we bring your current financial status to life. We illustrate your written goals and objectives, as we understand them, and review preliminary financial models. The goal of this meeting is to ensure we have not missed anything in truly understanding who you are, what you want to accomplish and where you stand on your financial journey. To effectively design your unique plan we must confirm we understand all these items for you.

From the depths of the information and data, we identify concrete recommendations specific for you.

We collaborate with the rest of your key advisors and present you with our observations and recommendations in each planning area. Our goal is to outline complex strategies in a straightforward manner and work with you to prioritize the action items. Depending on the complexity of the situation, we may conduct several focus meetings in order to avoid the risk of “information overload”. Each planning area is too important to rush and we want you to have enough information to make the very best decisions for themselves and their loved ones.

A great plan without execution will never succeed. We typically have a series of implementation meetings to put your plan in motion.

Our promise to you is to do whatever it takes to get the job done. These meetings often involve your other key advisors to wrap up tax, legal and additional planning implementation.

Each year we revisit the critical steps, reengaging, rediscovering what is central to you that year, reimaging your success and empowering you to achieve your meaningful life.
