As Chief Compliance Officer, Cindy’s primary focus is to maintain the business operations infrastructure to support the firm’s fiduciary duty to the clients; manage regulatory matters; assist with some of the financial aspects of the overall firms’ initiatives; and work with the executive team to execute the corporate vision and strategic plan.
Prior to Genex Consulting, Cindy has worked with brokerage and registered investment advisory firms focusing on compliance, licensing/registrations, and trading.
Cindy is the proud parent of Lauren and Ryan. Lauren works in the travel / event planning industry and Ryan is into computer science & cybersecurity. She spends her free time with family and friends playing golf, volleyball, and dancing.
